About the Role

As a key member of our water business, you will take the lead in crafting compelling proposal submissions. Utilizing tools, templates, and guidelines, you will showcase our capabilities and opportunities to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare submissions and fee proposals with team leaders and specialist teams.
  • Ensure consistent quality, layout, and formatting of all documentation with our brand identity.
  • Follow up contributors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Update and format proposals, statements of qualifications, capability documents, and win themes using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Coordinate and prioritize proposal support requests based on business line requirements and deadlines.
  • Identify and implement improvements to proposal processes, templates, and collaboration tools.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an engineering consultancy, construction, or design environment.
  • Strong accountability, commitment to quality, and maintenance of systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
