About Our Organisation:

We are a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) based in Australia, working with clients across the globe to make a tangible impact on human health and wellness. With over a decade of success, our experience spans various areas within health, wellness, and disease spectrum.

This role is focused on supporting bid proposal preparation and contract creation between our organisation, clients, suppliers, and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proposals and contracts meet company standards and incorporate relevant details. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing and analysing RFP documents to ensure adequate information is provided for budget and proposal preparation.
Partnering with projects teams to create pricing and content for proposals and contracts.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks and collaboration with business development for finalising proposal documents and contracts.

Key Skills:

  • Related tertiary qualification
  • Experience with RFI/RFP processes and procedures
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • NetSuite experience beneficial
