Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in proposal management and project coordination?

We are seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Specialist to join our Melbourne team, who will play a critical role in supporting the development and submission of customer proposals for small to medium-sized projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic response plans and technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and clarify proposal requirements.
  • Managing estimate calculations, price schedules, and other commercial documents for minor bids.
  • Coordinating high-quality submissions, including drafting and editing proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials.
  • Supporting the proposal process as part of our sales and tendering team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary education in Engineering or Business Management related disciplines.
  • Significant experience in bid management and project coordination, preferably in rail or infrastructure projects.
