Job Description

We are looking for a practical individual with a strong background in service management within the earthmoving, mining or heavy equipment industry. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance and profitability of the service department, championing Komatsu's expected standard of working. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in leading our service team and ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a people leader with strong team building skills in a similar role.
  • A trade qualified Technician with good diagnostic skills.
  • A background with knowledge of Komatsu machinery will be highly regarded.
  • An ability to negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • An effective communicator with the ability to delegate.
  • Experienced in estimation and contract maintenance.
