Frontline Hospitality QLD is a rapidly growing hospitality operation with multiple properties across Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring seamless execution of our strategies and initiatives.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As the Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, including administration, staff management, bar and food operations, gaming, facilities, entertainment, and community initiatives.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for members, suppliers, employees, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationships throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency
  • Manage and supervise a team of senior managers and department heads
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting practices
  • Foster positive employer-employee relationships and ensure compliance with relevant statutes, acts, and regulations
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and accounting practices
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for effective staff delegation and supervision
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable statutes, acts, and regulations impacting the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, resolve disputes, and foster positive relationships
