Job Description: As the Director of Early Learning and Development, you will be responsible for leading our team of educators to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will support the Centre Director in leadership, mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, and manage the overall centre operations in their absence.

About the Role: Ideal for those with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification, this role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for early learning and development. You will also have the chance to implement our Goodstart Practice Guide and contribute to building a thriving business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leadership and management of the centre team.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Manage the overall centre operations in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
