The RoleAs Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of both venues, including accommodation, dining, gaming, and event services. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high service standards, driving business performance, and fostering a positive team culture across both properties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure cost controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
- Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader with:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
We require:
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) Approved Manager's License Gaming Nomination RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
We offer a competitive salary package with accommodation assistance, opportunities for professional development and career progression, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and the chance to make a significant impact across two well-established venues in a thriving regional town.
Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum depending on experience.
