About the Role:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to drive business growth and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel, including food and beverage, gaming, accommodation, and front office operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high safety standards, legal compliance, and operational excellence throughout the hotel.

Your Background:

  • A minimum of five years of leadership experience in hotels/hospitality, with a proven track record of driving business performance.
  • Experience in food, beverage, gaming, and accommodation management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex operations and budgets.
  • Qualifications in hospitality and/or leadership, such as a degree or diploma.
  • RSA and RP Badge, RSG 1 and 2 certification, and good time management skills.
