Overview

Greencross Vets Mount Gravatt is a dynamic veterinary practice seeking a highly skilled senior vet nurse to lead our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Time Clinical Operations Director with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manner. Familiarity with clinical operations duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus Preference for experience with RX Works and Kronos.

About the Role
  • Managing the day-to-day clinical operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
  • Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
  • Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
  • Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
  • Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses
Your Skills & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
  • Genuine care for clients, patients and your team
  • Experience in Clinical Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent animal handling skills
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good business insight and organisational skills
Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
