We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our Personal Injury division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation.
The successful applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Northern Territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.
- Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers.
- Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation.
- Build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers.
- Ability to interpret legislation.
- Quick learner.
