Job Title: Personal Injury Claims Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled claims manager to join our team in Darwin. As a personal injury claims manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation.

About the Role:

Manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation.

  • Maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers.
  • Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Able to interpret legislation quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
