Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for small, medium, and large employers
  • Accurately assessing claims and ensuring injured workers receive the correct entitlements in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with all stakeholders
  • Prioritising your workflow to meet key timeframes and deliver a seamless experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver proactive case management
