Job Overview

As a Lawyer specializing in Personal Injuries, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional legal advice to clients across the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury files and collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute legal strategies to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Represent clients in court and mediation as required, upholding high standards of legal work and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A strong background in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims is highly desirable.
  • Significant litigation experience is essential, as is a proven ability to execute business development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a capacity to deliver high-level client service are critical components of this role.
  • Proven file management skills and experience working in a high-volume environment are also highly valued.
