About the role
To support the continued development of our Injury Management, Health and Wellbeing model across CTP Claims, we have identified an opportunity for a permanent position for a Senior Injury Management Specialist based in our Darwin office.
Reporting to the National Manager for Injury Management and Programs, you will use your strong injury management, strategic, and leadership skills to optimise claims outcomes through a person-centred approach to customer experience.
In this role, you will work within a supportive team environment and can develop your leadership skills and contribute to strengthening our injury management framework.
Driving the success of the Injury Management program to optimise claims outcomes, excellence in customer experience and meeting compliance requirements Coordinating with the injury management team to ensure a consistent and positive claimant experience.
Collaborating with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing the human and financial costs to Allianz through structured processes and practices Proactively identifying opportunities to improve claim outcomes across the business.
Establishing and maintaining provider management relationships to enable support to the business Coaching and mentoring claims teams Developing leadership skills and contributing to strengthening our injury management framework Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork About you Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditation Extensive experience in injury management relating to claims management, occupational rehabilitation, and/or return to work Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation Coaching and mentoring experience Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning for decision making People Leadership highly desired A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.
