About This Opportunity- Act as the first point of contact for all matters regarding workplace injury claims.
- Drive the return-to-work process through proactive claims management including determining entitlements, scheduling appointments, conducting regular contacts and reviews, and processing benefits/payments in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Identify barriers and develop measures to address them.
