Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Landside Coordinator to join our team at the Port Botany Terminal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services, while providing exceptional customer service to our rail and road customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with OHS&E statutory requirements and develop reports as required, including daily and weekly revenue calculation spreadsheets and monthly reporting.
  • Communicate with industry stakeholders on current operating conditions at the terminal and provide updates on PBLIS issues.
  • Assist the Landside Superintendent and Transport Coordinator in planning and executing the daily plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, rail, maritime, or marine operations, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Effective communication and planning skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
