About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at DP World Australia Limited. This is a nationally focused role located in Port Botany, where you will be responsible for providing a timely and accurate invoicing service, improving the customer experience, and working as part of a finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices and data entry into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Credit Follow-up: Follow up on requests for credit approval and resolve any billing issues efficiently.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with preparing finance reports as required, including GST reconciliation.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to provide satisfactory resolutions to billing issues, enhancing their experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in invoicing or a similar business would be preferred but not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation are necessary for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Good Excel skills are required, with experience using Containerchain and Oracle advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
