About the Role:

You will work closely with the team to prepare and execute all food and beverage outlet service periods, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong organizational skills to ensure seamless kitchen operations during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver impeccable service excellence and meet guest requirements.
  • Prepare and present dishes that showcase creativity and attention to detail, fueling guests' curiosity.
  • Organize and maintain assigned kitchen sections effectively, adhering to property standards and food safety protocols.
  • Serve food in proper portions onto suitable receptacles, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must possess relevant experience in a similar position, along with a trade industry qualification or completion of commercial cookery studies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with the team.
