Trade Support Role Overview

This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive support across the trade lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Trading and Execution teams (front office) and Allocation and Settlement teams (back office) to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will contribute to the front-to-back trading desk and operational technical support teams across the Global Equities platform estate.
  • You will provide regular updates regarding Equities Operational changes to stakeholders, users and the wider Technology Enterprise team.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries, support key cash execution platforms including Instinet Newport, FIS and Fusion Raptor.
