Operations Analyst Role

Our operations team manages the infrastructure that enables trades to move forward with speed and accuracy. This includes aggregating and analyzing trading data to inform future decisions, correcting trade breaks that could expose the firm to financial risk, and improving the efficiency of the trade lifecycle.

The Operations Analyst development program prepares candidates for a full-time Operations Analyst position by providing hands-on experience through daily responsibilities and project work. Classroom training sessions focus on developing company-specific knowledge and technical skills to facilitate process optimization.

Candidates will rotate across various trading desks and business areas to deepen their understanding of the firm. They will be placed on a team that best aligns with their skills, interests, and the firm's business needs.

Requirements
  • Students in their final year of a bachelors or master's degree looking to start a full-time job upon graduation
  • A strong interest in math, technology, and the financial industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
  • Experience with VBA or SQL is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
