Operations Role for Graduates

Susquehanna International Group offers an entry-level position in operations, focused on optimizing trade lifecycle efficiency. Our team aggregates and analyzes trading data to inform future decisions, ensuring accuracy and minimizing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop your skills in process optimization through daily responsibilities and project work, with classroom training sessions focused on company-specific knowledge and technical skills.
  • To rotate across various trading desks and business areas to deepen your understanding of the firm.
  • To leverage your diverse skill set and knowledge to maximize your impact as an Operations Analyst.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree student looking to start a full-time job upon graduation.
  • A strong interest in math, technology, and the financial industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Access.
  • Experience with VBA or SQL is preferred.
  • Able to collaborate with a team while having confidence to work independently.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
