Susquehanna's operations team is responsible for managing the infrastructure that enables trades to move forward with speed and accuracy.

Our team aggregates and analyzes trading data to make better future decisions, correct trade breaks that expose the firm to financial risk, and constantly improve the efficiency of completing a trade lifecycle.

Development Program Overview

The Operations Analyst development program prepares candidates for a full-time Operations Analyst position at Susquehanna. Throughout the program, participants rotate across various trading desks and business areas to deepen their understanding of the firm.

In addition to hands-on experience through daily responsibilities and project work, the program includes classroom training focused on developing company-specific knowledge and technical skills to facilitate process optimization.

Key Requirements
  • Students in their final year of a bachelor's or master's degree seeking a full-time job upon graduation
  • Strong interest in math, technology, and finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Experience with VBA or SQL preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
