Job Title:

Trade Lifecycle Specialist

  • End-of-day reconciliation of profit and loss.
  • Accurate position reporting to external brokers.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the growth of the organisation by working closely with operation, traders, and all internal departments, as well as brokers.

  • Reconciliation of position, cash, and trade activity prior to market open.
  • Analysing various accruals including interest, internal capital charge, borrow expenses, brokerage fees & rebates etc.
  • Managing fund transfers across brokers including cross-border transfers for restricted currency.
  • Understanding and cross-checking Prime Broker Margin & OTC Collateral policies/models.
  • Manage life cycle of ETF creations and redemptions.
  • Act as liaison between operation, traders, and all internal departments, as well as brokers.
Requirements:

Ideal experience includes 4+ years profit and loss reporting experience within financial markets, an in-depth knowledge of ETF life cycle, handling trade flow through to settlement, knowledge of equity swap & futures, and experience in translation of foreign profit and loss into base currency.
