About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Ambassador to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As an Executive Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the office is maintained to the highest standards and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Maintenance: Conduct daily walkthroughs of the office to identify areas for improvement and maintenance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including conducting office tours and upselling space to prospective members according to their needs.
  • Support Services: Support members' move-in and move-out schedules to minimize issues, and ensure a warm welcome and fond farewell for all members and visitors to the office.
  • Operational Support: Support the Centre Manager in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and sales performance of the office, and assist with developing best practices and improvements to benefit efficiency and member experience.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with members, and assist with events held in the office including breakfasts, training, and networking.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally, you will come from a Concierge, Community Executive, Customer Service, or similar role within a high-end or bespoke environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record in servicing clients, objection handling, and negotiation, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation: Take pride in your presentation and have a keen eye for detail.
