Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation and drive our mission forward. As CEO, you will be responsible for determining the strategic direction of the organisation, balancing our impact agenda with the need to harness collaborative relationships and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and inspiration for staff, partners, stakeholders, and the community in pursuit of our mission.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organisational growth and impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ambassadors, and other supporters.
  • Manage financial and commercial plans to ensure financial strength and growth.
  • Lead and motivate all stakeholders, including staff, the Board, corporate and philanthropic partners, governments, and the community.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in income generation, growing services/corporate partnerships, and/or diversifying income streams.
  • Experience in leading thriving organisational culture and growing income.
  • Excellent multiple stakeholder management skills, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in developing and managing budgets.
