\t* Provide support in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.
\t* Assist with conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.", "Administrative Tasks": "
\t* Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and support HR-related administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.", "Training and Development": "
\t* Support the planning and implementation of training programs and professional development initiatives.
