Customer Delivery Strategy Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with exceptional talent from around the globe. As a Customer Delivery Strategy Manager, you will drive customer delivery strategy for our Core Lockers while representing the face of our strategic partners.


We are seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for building and scaling new businesses. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of account or relationship management experience
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record in project management or sales positions
  • Able to analyze data for decision making and communicate long-term goals

The role requires strong business judgment, written and oral communication skills, and analytical thinking. Experience with Salesforce and SQL is preferred. Marketing and Advertising expertise is also beneficial.
As a Customer Delivery Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement. You will also implement review mechanisms to monitor and analyze partner/location performance, drive usage of Hub Pick-up and Returns by Amazon customers, and represent Amazon with our partners.
The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple work-streams, and possess intermediate Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree and a willingness to adapt to business change are essential.
