We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow with our company.

Job Overview

We offer an attractive rate commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.

This is a contract position based in Melbourne, Australia, with a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their payroll process needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and assess regular SuccessFactors product updates to ensure clients can leverage new capabilities effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and super user training sessions to support client success.
  • Liaise with the client team and third-party vendors to define project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, preferably in ECP implementations and support.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll and taxation laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with remote delivery models and testing support.
