Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our People and Inclusion team at KPMG Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Powered Business Services transformation, focusing on simplifying, digitizing, and transforming our People & Inclusion function.
Key Responsibilities- SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central
You will work closely with the Transformation team to design the future state of SuccessFactors Employee Central, providing expert-level advice on configuration across multiple solutions. Your responsibilities will include system administration, continuous support, defect resolution, and enhancement requests during the post-implementation period. Additionally, you will prepare and engage with key stakeholders for release change windows within SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central.
- SAP SuccessFactors - Compensation
You will be responsible for creating compensation plans and worksheets, publishing compensation data to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, generating reports, and statements.
- SAP SuccessFactors - Performance and Goals
You will set up and configure goal plan templates, configure goal plan categories and fields, configure goal plan permissions, set up and configure performance form templates, calibration in performance management, continuous performance management, and feedback.
- Project Management
You will be proficient in interpreting requirements and presenting tailored, pragmatic solutions while considering constraints and timelines. You will manage expectations throughout each phase of project timelines, working collaboratively with stakeholders to engage at the right time and achieve the right change management outcomes.
Requirements- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience/certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- System Admin experience in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must-have)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience on large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects highly desirable
- Solution-focused with ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects as required
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Experienced in Integration management inbound and outbound from SF Employee Central
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
