Ayan Infotech is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expert to lead post-GO-LIVE support and training super users. This is an initial 10-month contract, requiring a specialist who can hit the ground running.

The project is based in Melbourne, but remote contractors are considered as a last resort.

This opportunity allows you to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests heavily in their IT environment, providing access to the latest technology releases.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their payroll process needs
  • Defining solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, taking into account the nature of their businesses
  • Conducting process analysis and gaining an understanding of HR processes
  • Demonstrating expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, integrations into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Finance solutions, as well as external providers like Tax Super
  • Assessing regular SAP SuccessFactors product updates and solutions with clients to utilize new capabilities effectively
  • Working collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for implementing improvements
  • Leading and coordinating super user training with the client team and third parties
  • Defining and managing SAP ECP training documentation.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations support on at least 3 projects and working in at least two (2) Support engagements (AMS)
  • Managing and handling ECP upgrades and EOFY activities for payroll
  • Australian payroll and taxation knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll business processes
  • 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • 10-12 years of overall experience
  • Ability to work independently to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions focusing on key tasks and deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in remote delivery models
  • Testing support and issue & defect resolution
  • Cut over execution as per the cutover plan & checklist
