Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our People and Inclusion team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contributing to the Powered Business Services transformation by supporting the simplification, digitization, and transformation of our People & Inclusion function.

Your primary focus will be on SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central, Compensation, and Performance and Goals. You will work closely with the Transformation Delivery Team and the People and Inclusion function to further the Powered Business Services agenda while supporting the transition from the current state.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and configure future-state Employee Central solutions in collaboration with the Transformation team.
  • Provide expert-level advice on configuration across multiple SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
  • Ensure system administration, continuous support, defect resolution, and enhancement requests during the post-implementation period.
  • Publish compensation data to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, generate reports and statements, and create compensation plans and worksheets.
  • Configure goal plan templates, categories, and fields; set up performance form templates; and manage calibration, continuous performance management, and feedback processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience or certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • System administration experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules, with Employee Central being a must-have.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience with large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Solution-focused expertise in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects as required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Integration management experience, particularly inbound and outbound integration from SF Employee Central.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
