We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expert to lead our post-GO-LIVE support and training for super users. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting ECP, as well as creating training materials.

The project is based in Melbourne, but we are open to remote contractors as a last resort. The successful candidate will work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experienced global IT delivery team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting process analysis and gaining an understanding of HR processes
  • Demonstrating knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integrations into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Finance solutions
  • Assessing regular SuccessFactors product updates and solutions with clients to understand how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements
  • Working collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvements
  • Leading and coordinating super user training with the client team and third parties
  • Defining and managing the SAP ECP training documentation

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementations and support on at least 3 projects and experience in working in at least two (2) Support engagements (AMS)
  • Experience to manage and handle ECP Upgrade and EOFY activities for Payroll
  • Australian Payroll and Taxation Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Payroll Business Processes
  • 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • 10-12 Years of overall experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in remote delivery model
  • Testing Support and Issue & Defect Resolution
  • Cut Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan & Checklist
