As part of our People and Inclusion function, we seek an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to support the KPMG LEAP 2.0 Strategy. This role will focus on simplifying, digitizing, and transforming our People & Inclusion function through Powered Business Services.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working closely with the Transformation Delivery Team and the People and Inclusion function to advance the Powered Business Services agenda while supporting the transition from current state.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing future-state solutions for SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central, providing expert-level advice on configuration, and ensuring system administration and support during the post-implementation period.
  • The role also entails creating compensation plans and worksheets, publishing compensation data, generating reports, and statements in SAP SuccessFactors - Compensation.
  • Furthermore, this position requires setting up and configuring goal plan templates, categories, and fields, as well as performance form templates and calibration in SAP SuccessFactors - Performance and Goals.
  • In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess project management skills, including interpreting requirements, presenting tailored solutions, managing expectations, and engaging stakeholders for effective change management outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience or certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central,
  • System administration experience in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must-have),
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline,
  • Experience in large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects (highly desirable),
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills,
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders,
  • Experience in integration management, inbound and outbound from SF Employee Central (highly desirable).
