**Job Title:** Property Portfolio Manager

**About the Role**: We are seeking a seasoned property professional to manage our expanding portfolio of venues nationwide.

Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for a skilled Leasing Manager to join our National Office team based in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of lease management and oversee various aspects of our operations.

In this role, you will work closely with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lease compliance, coordinate renewals, rent reviews, and maintain accurate data in our systems. You will also provide guidance and support to our Leasing Administrator, promoting collaboration within the broader Property & Development team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Manage our lease portfolio via Lease Eagle
  • Liaise with landlords and agents to build strong relationships
  • Provide expert advice to internal teams on lease-related decisions
  • Oversee renewals, rent reviews, and exercise lease options
  • Maintain accurate lease data and prepare reports for stakeholders

**Requirements**:

  • 4+ years' experience in commercial leasing or property management
  • Excellent understanding of lease frameworks and key clauses
  • Strong communication, organisational, and Excel skills
  • Experience with lease administration systems (Lease Eagle a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with initiative and a collaborative mindset
