Job Description

Luxury Service Standards

  • Provide personalized, efficient, and luxury service to all guests in line with Sofitel's high standards.
  • Assist guests promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Team Collaboration

  • Promote a healthy working relationship with all departments to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to enhance service and food offerings in Club Millesime.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Attend morning briefings, group meetings, payroll, hotel inventory meetings, and coverage for committees as needed.
  • Assist the Club Millesime Manager with financial aspects such as budgets, stock takes, payroll, PNL, and forecasting.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on training, development, and creating rosters to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisor role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
