About the Role

As a Hotel Service Supervisor Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our Marriott hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and lead a team of service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of service staff to deliver outstanding guest services
  • Supervise and monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
