About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and resolve guest calls, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station, monitoring busy or unanswered lines and checking back with callers on hold to update status.
  • Assist guests with credit card, calling card, long distance, collect, overseas, and person-to-person calls.
  • Log guest requests, incidents, adjustments, and comment cards into the computer to allow for proper tracking and documentation.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Speak using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
