Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Operations: Supervise and manage the Front Office team to achieve sales and marketing targets, ensuring accurate room allocations and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient guest arrivals and departures, and providing exceptional service to meet customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilise the Front Office system to produce accurate reports, analysing key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support the Front Office team to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS and Compliance procedures and policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Front Office management, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
