Lead the Front Office Team at Mercure Brisbane Garden City

As our next Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Mercure Brisbane Garden City. With a strong focus on customer service, you will create welcoming places and memorable experiences for our guests, while empowering your team to always go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Office Team to achieve peak performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the General Manager on projects, reports, and initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a small to medium-sized property
  • Roster and Revenue Management skills preferred
  • Understanding of hotel property management systems
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating roster
  • Ability to train and mentor the team
  • RSA and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
