Front Office Operations Manager

The Front Office Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's Front Office operation. This includes ensuring that all reservations, guest arrivals, and departures are handled efficiently and effectively, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Manage the Front Office team to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized customer-focused service.
  • Supervise the effective operation of the Front Office system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all processes.
  • Drive sales and marketing targets within the Front Office team, based on key deliverables set by the Sales Department.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure maintenance requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
  • Operate an effective night audit function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the process.
  • Prepare and present Front Office recurring reports, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Support Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room cleanliness standards and resort assets are maintained, while meeting productivity goals.
  • Ensure public areas are clean and well-presented, with regular monitoring and management support.
  • Adhere to WHS and Compliance procedures and policies.
