Business Growth Executive

As a passionate and results-driven Business Growth Executive, you will focus on developing and growing the commercial business in Victoria, particularly in the education sector. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a highly-motivated individual who can add value and make a significant contribution to our company's aggressive growth objectives.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with previous experience/knowledge of the education sector, preferably in PC/hardware sales. You will position our business as the IT brand and vendor of choice in the Victoria education segment, find and win new business with previous channel development experience, and build strategic relationships with targeted accounts to maximise business penetration.
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct market analysis of the education segment and develop an appropriate sales strategy.
* Set and monitor sales performance indicators to ensure effective execution of the business plan, in line with our organisation's business objectives.
* Achieve agreed education sales targets and manage all sales-related activities in the allocated market segment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you would be self-motivated, customer-focused, enthusiastic, and results-oriented. Your ideal background includes experience as a sales professional in the IT industry, preferably with knowledge of resellers and channel partners who do business in the education sector. A proven track record in sales strategy implementation and delivery of results, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.

* A competitive salary package, including $125,000-$135,000 + superannuation, plus car allowance, commission, and KPI bonus.
