The role of a Virtual Support Specialist involves providing administrative and customer service support to a fitness business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fitness industry, customer service, and basic digital marketing. They will be responsible for handling member inquiries, managing databases, and creating engaging content for social media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership databases and ensure accurate communication with members.
  • Create engaging content for social media and marketing using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Assist in responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Customer service and admin experience in a gym or wellness business.
  • Basic digital marketing and content management skills.
  • Familiarity with managing member databases.
  • Proficiency in using Googledrive and Microsoft Office suite.
