Role Overview

Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through virtual consultations. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in redefining primary care by providing expert guidance and support to individuals across Australia.

  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to optimize clinical efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
  • Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management to guarantee consistent and effective care.
  • Supporting a diverse patient base, including those in regional and remote areas who may face barriers to accessing in-person care.
  • Setting your own schedule with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Qualifications
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner or eligible to register with AHPRA.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in primary care, acute care, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a virtual team.
