Virtual Services Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Virtual Services Director. In this key position, you will have the opportunity to build and shape a growing team, driving strategic direction and operational excellence in a rapidly evolving virtual environment.

As Virtual Services Director, you will develop operational practices from the ground up, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring all systems and processes align with our vision for exceptional support across Queensland.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting Team Leaders to build a high-performing, motivated team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and providing hands-on leadership during challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and strategic skills, with a proven track record of managing daily operations and responding decisively to urgent or complex client needs.

About the Role
  • Mentor and support Team Leaders to build a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring prompt team responses to complex, urgent, or high-risk client issues.
  • Develop operational practices from the ground up, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring all systems and processes align with our vision.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during challenging situations.

  • Proven experience in leadership roles, particularly in virtual environments.
  • Excellent communication and strategic skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and client feedback to drive continual improvement.
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to enhance team capability and resilience.
