Virtual Tour Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Tour Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in creating seamless virtual experiences for our clients.

Our ideal candidate is highly skilled and knowledgeable in 3D scanning technology, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for innovative technologies and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute 3D scans for Virtual Tours
  • Travel to multiple locations, liaising with onsite contacts such as property managers, real estate agents, tenants, owners, and venue managers
  • Help customers harness the power of virtual reality to facilitate easy and convenient property inspections

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service environment
  • Current driver's license, reliable motor vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites
  • Exposure to the Real Estate industry and photography advantageous
  • Friendly, fun attitude with a love of contributing to a team effort
  • Flexible working hours and ability to provide availability in advance
  • Ability to self-manage time and output
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Professional, hardworking with exceptional attention to detail
  • Open, clear, and friendly communication with a witty sense of humor
  • Digital literacy and passion for learning new digital skills
