Job Title: Virtual Health ClinicianRemote Healthcare Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to provide remote healthcare services to individuals across Australia. As a Remote Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing guidance on health-related matters, and referring them to appropriate resources.

Your role will involve working closely with patients to understand their symptoms, providing advice on self-management, and recommending when it is necessary to seek further medical attention.

You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional virtual care, reducing the strain on emergency services by connecting consumers to the right care at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs through comprehensive telephone assessments
  • Provide health information and advise on symptom management
  • Refer patients to other healthcare services as needed
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 3 years of full-time clinical experience within the last 5 years
  • A varied nursing background involving public contact
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a flexible environment
