Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via virtual meetings to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or multi-level marketing warm leads are provided.
  • Complete self-paced training to obtain your life insurance license (if not already licensed).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide ongoing policy support.
  • Work independently with discipline and focus to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Uphold the highest standards of honesty, professionalism, and client-first service.

Qualifications:

  • No prior insurance experience required comprehensive training and resources provided.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a flexible schedule.
