Job Title: Leadership Strategist, Partnership Development and Implementation
We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Strategist to lead the development and implementation of strategic customer relationship management frameworks in accordance with industry best practices. The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and strategic direction to our organization's partnership development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer strategy that identifies business development opportunities and potential revenue raising business activities in accordance with whole of government initiatives and best practice industry improvements. Additionally, they will act as the key access point for our organization across relevant government agencies and industry bodies to ensure optimum service provision and client satisfaction, operating within a strategic customer relationship management framework.
