Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

The role of Senior HR Advisor is a challenging and rewarding position within our organisation, focusing on strategic human resources initiatives to support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support for the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture function
  • Offering expert advice on policies, procedures, and industrial relations to managers on various P&C matters
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on organisational capability, diversity, leadership, and change initiatives
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment as required
  • Coordinating the performance review process

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Human Resources or related Business Degree or Diploma
  • Understanding of industrial instruments, including Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and Australian Legislation
  • Effective team collaboration
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service focus
  • Problem analysis and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proven experience dealing with internal stakeholders and strong communication skills
