As a seasoned Human Resources expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organisational capabilities that drive excellence and innovation. This includes developing and implementing strategic initiatives, projects, and programmes that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources competencies, influencing a business culture that fosters continuous improvement and performance excellence.

This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources and involves contributing to transformation and cultural change by promoting established values and modelling behaviours that align with these values.

You will research and analyse HR management issues and workforce data to identify trends and key areas for improvement, providing high-quality advisory services through partnering and coaching managers on human resource management strategies.

Tertiary qualifications and experience in human resources, business, organisational development, or related disciplines are highly desirable. The successful applicant will demonstrate flexibility, personal drive, integrity, and initiative to adopt a positive approach to work in a dynamic organisation.
